Mix CD for summer drives

Summer’s nearly here and I need a new mix CD for the car. I’ve already got a few tracks earmarked, but I’ve rapidly come across compiler’s block.

White Stripes – My Doorbell
Orson – No Tomorrow
Little Barrie – Free Salute
Jamiroquai – Seven Days In Sunny June
...?

What do you reckon should be next on this list? I’m looking for some happy, upbeat and, preferably, funky tunes to fit with the tracks I’ve listed. Got any tips?

Nice tracks, but Frou Frou and Jack Johnson aren't quite full enough of energy (and I'm thinking of dropping Audio Bullys for the same reason). Plus, I've already got "Let Go" on another mix CD.

As for Gwen Stefani, plenty of energy, but a lack of melody. So she can stick her B-A-N-A-N-A-S where the sun don't shine. ;) "What You Waitin' For?" might be a better bet, though.

My music for this summer will probably be Breakestra, who were awesome live at The Sage recently. The album isn't quite as awesome but it's still pretty great happy music. If you like Jamiroquai you may like it.

Track #4 on Hands to Heaven v1 CD1 which is a remix of DB Boulevard - Point of View .. is excellent :P

Depends if you like your tracks 'trancey' or not...
